After Tim Roemer declared on Monday that he would bow out of the race for DNC chair, Howard Dean became the last standing candidate. People on both sides of the isle are seeing this as a victory. Many on the right are celebrating once again with the unveiling of poll results that give Dean only a 31% favorable rate from Americans. I guess we'll all see where Dean will lead the Democratic Party.
