Reform in the Highest Court?

We have all heard the terms "activist judges" and "legislating from the bench" as it pertains to the supreme court and other lower courts. Although there are no vacancies right now in the supreme court, there is the potential for several openings to be filled during the Bush administration. Rush Limbaugh gives us some insight on about not only filling vacancies but also redefining the role of the court, bringing it back to the definition set up by the constitution.
