Iraqis Vote

The polls in Iraq have closed with a initial report that 72% of eligible voters did vote. That was a higher percentage than in the US November election. One man who lost his leg in a car bomb said, "I would have crawled here if I had to. I don't want terrorists to kill other Iraqis like they tried to kill me. Today I am voting for peace." The mayor of Baghdad says what I am feeling, "This is a vote for the future, for the children, for humanity, for love."
